Pre-Op Diet - Day 16

I worked from home today so no walking for me but I went up and down the stairs like a lunatic for exercise, haha. I'm sure it counts :)

Then I spent my lunch hour at my osteopath. Hopefully my leg pain should improve in a couple of days. My muscle is so stiff, it's pressing on the nerve, hence the pain. She stuck some acupuncture needles in trying to loosen up the muscle. It bloody hurt but hopefully it'll be worth it.

Other than that nothing much to note really, boring milk and yogurt as usual. Not hungry at all, just boooored...

08:00 am - Decaf coffee made with 300ml lactofree semi skimmed
11:15 am - Muller light mandarin yogurt
11:30 am - Decaf coffee made with 250ml lactofree semi skimmed
14:40 pm - Slim Fast powder & 250ml lactofree semi skimmed
15:00 pm - 400ml water
16:15 pm - Muller light strawberry yogurt
16:45 pm - 400ml water
18:30 pm - 350ml unsweetened soya milk
19:30 pm - Total 0% yogurt
20:00 pm - Oxo beef cube in 350ml hot water
21:00 pm - Decaf coffee made with 150ml lactofree semi skimmed

Total milk: 1300ml (~2.2 pints)
Total liquids: 2750ml
Total yogurts: 3
Total calories: 914kcal

I upped my calories to 900ish from 600ish in the last two days and hopefully it will get me out of this starvation mode and lose some more weight before my op... 5 days to go!

Now I'm enjoying Mamma Mia on telly, good night! :) x
