Pre-Op Diet - Day 9

Today it was much better than yesterday - barely felt hungry, had more energy and didn't want to take a nap on my desk in the afternoon :)

I managed to increase my liquid intake a bit, which is good. Still struggling with the runs, I think I need to cut ready made Slim Fast bottles as well and make my own shakes with lacto-free milk. It's so practical for work though, pfft.

I find walking to work (and back) easier every day. Listening to audio books on the Audible app on my iPhone, it's become something I look forward to!

Short post tonight as I'm really knackered and it's really difficult to type with a cat sleeping on my lap and the laptop :P

08:00 am - Slim Fast cafe latte
09:30 am - Decaf coffee with 100ml lacto-free semi skimmed milk
10:30 am - 500ml water
11:30 am - Decaf coffee with 100ml lacto-free semi skimmed milk
12:30 pm - Muller light strawberry yogurt
13:30 pm - 500ml water
14:30 pm - Slim Fast ready made raspberry
15:30 pm - Decaf coffee with 100ml lacto-free semi skimmed milk
16:30 pm - 500 ml water
18:15 pm - 175 ml Oatly organic oat drink
19:30 pm - Oxo cube in 300ml hot water
20:30 pm - Weightwatchers cherry yogurt

Total milk: 1125ml (1.9 pints)
Total liquids: 3225ml
